Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.

 

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it will be submitted to mediation or arbitration as agreed upon by both parties.
